Delete your WorkPilot HR account

How it works

1. Send the request using the form below, or email info@keycodetech.com with the subject "Delete my account". Write from the email address or mobile number your employer has on record.
2. We confirm it is you. WorkPilot HR accounts are created by your employer, so we check the request with your employer's HR. We reply within 7 days.
3. Your account is closed — you can no longer sign in on the app or the website — and your personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: user ID, password, two-factor settings and the phones linked to it.
• Your profile details such as contact details and address, and the documents you or HR uploaded.
• Location readings saved with your punches, your leave and correction requests, and your notifications.

What may be kept, and why

Your employer is required by Indian labour and tax laws to keep some records for several years after you leave — for example salary and payslips, PF, ESI and Professional Tax contributions, TDS and Form 16, and attendance used for salary. These records are kept only for as long as the law requires, cannot be used to sign in, and are deleted or anonymised after that period. The security log of who changed which record stays with your employer's records, because it protects those records.

Closing a whole company account

A company administrator can ask us to close the company's WorkPilot HR account. We first give the company a full export of its data, then delete it within 90 days, except records the law requires to be kept. Choose "My company's whole account" in the form.
